Stat Scroll Books, like the Bulk Order Deed Books which they are modeled after, allow players to contain, sort and price for sale the Stat Scrolls they have without taking up the item counts that they normally would.
They can only contain Stat Scrolls, no Power Scrolls (for that there are Power Scroll Books). They allow for filtering by stat value (+5, 10, 15, 20, and 25).
