Skill Masteries Quest

To start quest:
- goto valley of eodon
- talk to hawkwind
- you might need to cancel old quest
- accept quest
- kill monster/spawn
- repeat until you have all masteries

this was found in my backpack after completing a champ that was not quest target
and this is not the mastery i picked to quest for
target monster found so far:
