Item Spawn Details
- Spawns on Frostwings in Felucca T2A Ice West and Ilshenar somewhere.
- Drop rate is low
- Each person who does enough damage to get looting rights gets a chance to receive the item. Drops into pack.
Value and Usability
- Only Spellbook with HCI/DCI. Rare so value is high.
