"Schematic" is a generic term used for any number of items that are used like deeds to craft an item. The most common form is an actual "Schematic: Item Name" deed, but there are others.

Schematic: Granite Chest - Used to contain large amounts of granite.
Champion Schematics
Uncrafted Plans - List of Ingredients needed for each Schematic.
Sea Champion's Plans - Polearm combined from Cthulhu dropped items.
Champion's Mystic Plans - Schematics that form a caster's suit.
Champion's War Plans - Schematics that form a warrior's suit.
