There are many items in Alexandria which are 1 of a kind rares.
Such rares have been won thru shard events such as PVP tournaments and scavanger hunts.
Below is a list of known Unique Items and their abilities:
Moonstone: removes the pants of any player who double clicks it.
Head of a grumpy geine: has several abilities, such as summoning food, monsters and complaining loudly.
