Power Scroll Books, like the Bulk Order Deed Books which they are modeled after, allow players to contain, sort and price for sale the powerscrolls they have without taking up the item counts that they normally would.
They can only contain Power Scrolls, no Stat Scrolls (for that there are Stat Scroll Books). They allow for filtering by skill value (105,110,115,and 120) and by skill category (Combat Ratings, Actions, Lore and Knowledge, Magical, Crafting & Harvesting, and Miscellaneous).
