 :Instead of an 8x8 system Alexandria breaks up skill gain areas into 5x5. Each 5x5 block will allow up to +0.3 skill gain (or three 0.1 gains) in any one skill for every 5 minutes. This rule only affects skill gains that are 'movement based'.
