Throughout trammel the shrine has been taken over by corruption. The only shrine that been freed from such corruption so far is Compassion. The objective is to terminate all the red spawn around the shrine and at a certain point when you have terminated enough spawn, a red crystal near the shrine would disappear. At some point when all are gone a mini-champ would appear. Defeat it and you shall be rewarded with a schematic and/or an artifact.
